2024 Step UP for Down syndrome WALK

Join over 500 friends, family and kids for a day of celebration and empowerment at the Discovery Place Playground in the Spokane Valley.
Let’s WALK together as we listen to 80’s music, wear our wild socks, and make new friends. This year there will be face painting, bubbles, an inflatable maze, incredible raffle prizes like a $4,000 EBike (you could be riding home on this!), Princesses, and of course, STRIPES. (Yes, a Zebra!). Food, fun, and festivities await you at this year’s Ds Connections NW Step UP Walk. You don’t want to miss out!

Early Registration is now OPEN:
Adult $30
Youth $15
(On July 15 Registration goes UP Adult $40 and Youth $20)
Registration for the Walk is open until Monday, September 16th at 5pm online.
Please be aware: T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after August 15th registration.
In-person registration available at 9am, September 21st at the Walk. (T-shirts while supplies last.)

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Registration and Raffle Open

10:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Announcements and Walk Lineup

10:30 AM – 11:15 AM – Step UP for Ds Walk = Let’s GO!

11:00 AM – 1pm – Entertainment/Activities and Refreshments Open

Noon – Raffle Winners Announced

**2024 Virtual Step UP Walk Event Details**

Date: Saturday, September 21, 2024 (Or whenever it’s easiest for you!)

Location: You Choose!

Time: 9:00 AM – 1pm – Virtual Step UP for Ds Walk

(Even though not in person, let’s Walk together! Gather your team, and Step UP for Ds in your own neighborhood! Of course, 9-1pm is just a suggestion! If another time works better for you, that’s just fine with us! No matter when you choose to Step UP for Down Syndrome, WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR PICTURES AND VIDEOS! Please email or share on our social media event pages!)

As you consider your donation, sponsorship of a team or individual walker, please know that all proceeds benefit Ds Connections NW and its ongoing mission to improve the quality of life for people with Down syndrome, their families, and the community at large.

Ds Connections NW is a 501(c)(3) organization so all donations are tax deductible.
